It started as a grassroots movement to stop gun violence in the neighborhood and build camaraderie through combat sports.

Our mission- to put an end to surging street violence by instilling discipline, and encouraging members of the community to learn to defend themselves with their hands.

The Urban Boxing League has stepped things up quite a bit since then. 

Hosting our first sanctioned event in December of 2024.
